To prevent fraud on Offline Machines without Seed Devices, Seed Mobile now includes a Video Audit feature. This requires the driver to take a short 5-10 second video of the cash meter of offline machines. This video can then be reviewed inside the Cash Ticket to validate that the meter reading is accurate.

Seed Mobile Photo Audit

Drivers can use the camera on their iOS device to easily take photos of a machine's planogram. Photos show up on the Machine Detail page in Seed. This lets you easily validate planograms and audit machine cleanliness.

Seed Mobile Ease-of-Use

Seed Mobile, our low-cost iOS handheld app for vending drivers, is now even easier and time-efficient. Changes include:

List View. Service and Inventory screens can now be viewed in either a list view or planogram view. During Service, List View is shown by default to speed up reading of fill levels for multiple coils at once. During Inventory, Planogram View is shown by default to help the driver focus on fast data entry. Drivers can switch views by tapping the view-switch button in the upper-right.

When viewing the planogram during Service or Inventory, drivers can see at-a-glance which coils have already been edited. This makes it easy to find a skipped coil during inventory or service.

Drivers can now tap on the lower-left button of the numeric keypad to advance to the next coil. Swiping across the planogram still works too, but tapping the new "coil advance" is a little bit faster. When inventorying snack machines, "a little bit faster" really adds up!
Coil Groups are now clearer. Drivers can also see and edit Fills and Spoils for the entire coil group at once.

Automatic Update Notification. Users are notified if there's a new version of Seed Mobile in the iOS App Store, making it easier to upgrade to the latest app version. 2.36.354.44882 01/27/2014 2.0 02/13/2013
